Cancelling a DataFort Select Account - Send an email tofrom the address that initiated the account or contact the dealer where you purchased the service. Include your user name and reason for cancellation. You must receive a cancellation confirmation to end the account. Contact support if no confirmation is received.
If you are within the first 30 days of service you will not receive a charge for the service. Telephone instructions ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO TERMINATE SERVICE.
Cancelling a PCFort Account - Send an email to from the email address used at account startup or contact the dealer where you purchased the service. Include your user name and reason for cancellation. You must receive a cancellation confirmation to end the account. Contact support again if no confirmation is received.
If you are within the first 30 days of service you will be refunded in full for the service. If you have passed your 30 day trial period the PCFort service will terminate automatically at the end of your service year.

Cancelling an OutlookFort Account - Send an email to: . Depending on your service agreement you will be cancelled before the next billing period.
Cancelling any other service accounts - Contact the dealer who sold you the service or DataFort support. Various services have different cancellation rules. Telephone instructions ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO TERMINATE SERVICE.
