The backup appliance is delivered to your office and the next day the service will be setup eithe remotely or in your office by one of our engineers.

The initial selections are made for data backup and a full backup is completed onto the backup appliance.

Backup begins: trickled offsite during the business day and blasted offsite at night.

Thereafter, nightly backups are made to the appliance, which is synchronised with the data centre.

If a recovery is needed, contact DataFort support to let them know what data is missing and where you would like it to be placed on your network.

In cases of disaster recovery DataFort will support your effort to recover information. DataFort engineers can deliver the compressed and encrypted data to any location in the UK mainland.
