PCFort support options
PCFort is the low cost, high security backup service. Please use the built in trouble ticket system accessed under the help menu on the agent to initiate a support request. You can also access your account through the web portal. You will need your account details to access the system. Telephone support is not available with the PCFort service.
 
Bronze Service Level - DataFort Select support options
DataFort Select is the business class offsite backup service. Use the built in trouble ticket system accessed undeetails ar the help menu on the agent , or through your account web portal. If you wish you can also call the help desk at 01483 871 998. The agent on duty will take dbout your issue and give you a trouble ticket reference number. A help desk engineer will contact you shortly and help you resolve the issue.
 
Silver Servie Level - DataFort Select+ support options

This is the service that provides backup and recovery either through a backup appliance maintained on your business site, or from the data centre. Should you require assistance with your account, either contact the reseller who installed the service for your company or the DataFort Support desk at 01483 871 998. The agent on duty will take details about your issue and give you a trouble ticket reference number. A help desk engineer will contact you shortly and help you resolve the issue.

 
Gold Service Level - DataFort Deluxe support options
This service provides ful management of your backup through an appliance maintained in your office or through copies maintained at the data centre. Please contact the DataFort Support desk at 01483 871 998. The agent on duty will take details about your issue and give you a trouble ticket reference number. A help desk engineer will contact you shortly and help you resolve the issue.
